Landscape Foreman at Parkside Gardens
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of landscaping projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Lead and manage a team of landscaping professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
- Implement and maintain high standards of safety and quality control on all projects.
- Plan and coordinate the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project completion.
- Problem-solving on-site issues and making decisions to keep projects moving forward.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in landscaping or a related field, with a proven track record of successful project management.
- ICPI certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret landscaping blueprints and designs.
- Knowledge of plant materials, horticultural practices, and construction methodologies related to landscaping.
- Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform manual labor as necessary.

Landscape Laborer at Parkside Gardens
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Landscape Foreman and team in executing landscaping projects according to design plans and specifications.
- Perform tasks such as digging, planting, mulching, watering, and general maintenance of outdoor spaces.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Uphold the quality standards of Parkside Gardens in all landscaping activities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscaping or related outdoor work is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute positively to the team’s success.
